General Meeting
We do not see the General Meeting as a legal act, but rather as a shareholders’ meeting.
It is therefore important to us that as many shareholders as possible exercise their voting rights in person at the meeting. If you are unable to attend in person, you can of course authorise a representative of the company to represent your interests.
